Society6 Collection 2
If you've been following along with me on social media, you'll know I've started an online shop. It's here that you can buy some of my very favorite designs, along with some fun one-off pieces that I've created to keep my skills fresh and my mind sharp. If you don't happen to follow me, I suggest you do so now. I'll even make it easy for you and insert the links right here:
Now, after getting some very constructive (and much-appreciated) feedback following my first collection I've decided to release some new items. The concept for my April collection began in a very simple place – circles. I wanted to explore their symbology, meaning, and used throughout various cultures and timeframes. You'll see that this collection includes well-known iconography, mandalas, and even some modern interpretations of past styles, all of which revolve around circles.
One change in this month's collection is that I won't be dropping every item at once. Instead, I'll be releasing new prints and products once or twice a week. You'll have to check back regularly or follow along on social media (see, there was a reason I was pushing my platforms above) to see what's coming out when. In the meantime, here's a sneak preview:
If you've been following my work for awhile, you'll recognize these as an offshoot of the travel posters I designed for my thesis project, Lark. I thought these would be a great product to feature in my shop because they're all about exploration and adventure – two concepts I'm constantly trying to incorporate into my life. There's much more where that came from. Check it out now by following this link.
